On arrival at My Tho, visit Vinh Trang pagoda, take a leisurely boat ride along the river, view stilt houses, fruit plantations and fishing villages along the river bank. Proceed to Tortoise islet, have lunch in the orchard garden. Day 5: Ho Chi Minh – Nam Cat Tien National park (B/L/_)

• Breakfast at the hotel. After leaving the busy city of Ho Chi Minh City (Sai Gon), turning off the National Highway 20 leads visitors to a mountainous area full of roadside plantations of rubber and green coffee. A short, smooth 150 km bus ride takes visitors to a former volcanic crater, known as Lava tubes. Crossing the Dong Nai River to enter the Cat Tien National Park enables visitors begin their wildlife experience.


• Afternoon, we do a three hour trekking to through the Reserved Core Area. We will see many kinds of hundreds of years old trees. Then return to the center for dinner. Highlight: Two-hour night cruise in to the jungle, in a jeep, allows visitor to enjoy the feelings of watching wild animals drinking and hearing the calls of rhinoceros. Overnight in Nam Cat Tien park.

Day 6: Nam Cat Tien National park – Da Lat (B/L/_)

• Visitors wake up to the nice songs of native birds. Breakfast prepares them for another four-hour trekking to see the Crocodiles swamp and back to the head quarter for lunch. Then leaving for Da Lat by private car.

Day 7: Da Lat city sightseeing by motorbike (B/L/_)

• Breakfast at the hotel. Driven to Datanla trekking area. We start the trek through the pine forest down to the stream. The trek goes through the green jungle and offers to see as many as 7 waterfalls, some of them are good for swimming, so do not forget your swimming clothes.


• We trek about 6 km along the stream, through the jungle and have to cross the stream a few times. The morning hiking will take about 3 hours, then transfer back to your hotel for changing clothes. Driving to Tuyen Lam Lake, take a sightseeing the beautiful scenery of Tuyen Lam Lake by  boat. Then visit  the old Da Lat Railway Station, Hang Nga crazy house, Dalat Flower Garden. View the sight of Da Lat suburb gardener of Trai Mat village with the most impresive of Linh Phuoc pagoda architecture. Visit the organic weasel coffee farm.  The  last  stop is Central Market for  shopping.

Late afternoon we take a cyclo tour for a short excursion through the bustling old quarter streets named after the specific goods once offered for sale at these places. Say goodbye to the market and get down onto a boat along Chay river. Take a motor cart (xe lôi) or bike on shady paths, pass by green rice fields and vegetable plains to be able to touch on really life and find out about tropical culture from Peasants. Visit Tra Su, getting to the wild birds Sanctuary, cruising smoothly with small boats to discover the arrays of splendid canals deep into the forest ,watching storks, cranes and other tropical birds. Visit Binh Thuy historic village, the floating market and wandering along Ninh Kieu port and go shopping at the night market.

Itinerary

Day 1: Ho Chi Minh – Ham Luong – Ben Tre -   Chau Doc (L)

• At 8.00 am, Leave Ho Chi Minh city for visiting Mekong Delta. On arrival in Hàm Luông Pier (Bến Tre town). Take a boat on Bến Tre river – one of tributaries of Mekong river, sight-seeing  lively activities along river as fishing, water transfering…Stop at brickwork to see how to make bricks in handy traditional style by printing and baking. Visit one of plenty of coconut processing workshops located along canal. Turn on natural scissors creeks where they look smaller and smaller to go to village. Take a walk to family workshop making sleepmats and enjoying some fruits and tea.

Day 2: Chau Doc – Tra Su Sanctuary bird – Can Tho (B/L/_)

• Breakfast at your hotel. Take a motor boat trip to see the floating fish farm and the floating village. Visit the local Cham minority village in their traditional weaving village.


• Continue the tour to visit Tra Su, getting to the wild birds Sanctuary, cruising smoothly with small boats to discover the arrays of splendid canals deep into the forest, watching storks, cranes and other tropical birds.


• Back to Chau Doc for Lunch.


• Depart for Can Tho, on the way visit Binh Thuy historic village. Leisure in the evening for wandering along Ninh Kieu port and go shopping at the night market.

Day 3: Can Tho – Cai Rang floating market (B/L/_)

• After breakfast, take the morning boat trip to visit the Phong Dien floating market which is at its liveliest at this time of day. Keep cruising through the small channels system, stopping off to visit a rice noodle making village. Experience the “Monkey Bridge” in the Delta and the orchard garden.

The trip starts in Ho Chi Minh the biggest city of Vietnam, reaching Cu Chi tunnels, the city resident’s daily life, Mekong Delta. Driving along the coast for Mui Ne Beach. Stop at Vung Tau beach for seeing Long Tan cross. All the highlights of Southern Vietnam are covered in this compact trip. Itinerary:

 

Day 1 : Hochiminh city and arrival

• Arrive at Tan San Nhat airport. Welcome by your local guide and driver.


• Transfer to your hotel.


• Overnight at your proposed hotel in Ho Chi Minh city.

Day 2 :  Cu Chi tunnels – Ho Chi Minh city – Dinner on Sai Gon river (B/L/D)

• Breakfast at the hotel. At 08.00am, visit the Cu Chi Tunnels, an underground network of tunnels constructed by Vietnamese fighters during the struggle for independence. The tunnels contained hospitals, accommodation, etc. and were used as a military base for the Vietcong during the American war.


• Lunch at local restaurant.


• Return to Ho Chi Minh city. Driven to China town, visit Binh Tay market. You can find many products such as textiles, electric, cosmetic, shoes, leather, germs … at this market. Then visit Thien Hau temple.


• Enjoy dinner on Sai Gon Cruise.


• Overnight at your proposed hotel in Ho Chi Minh city.

 

Day 3: Ho Chi Minh - My Tho - Ben Tre  (B/L/_)

• Breakfast at the hotel. At 08.00am, depart for My Tho. Take a boat ride along the river, view the stilt houses and the fruit plantation along the river bank. Visit the My Tho fishing village, floating fish farm.


• Proceed to Tortoise island and have lunch in the orchard. Enjoy a boat ride through Tan Thach natural canal in Ben Tre, cruising under the shadow of the water coconut trees. Visit a family business which epitomizes the idyllic rural lifestyle. Enjoy a rowing boat ride along the creeks, after trekking through the fruit plantation, village.

Day 1: Ha Noi city & arrival

• Arrive at Noi Bai Airport. Welcome by your local tour guide and driver. The rest of this day will take time to explore Hanoi charm city on your own.


• Overnight in Ha Noi

Day 2: Ha Noi city tour – Riding on a rickshaw – Water puppetry (B/L/_)

• Breakfast at the hotel. At 08.30am, visit the Ho Chi Minh Complex, containing the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum, the Presidential Palace, Ho Chi Minh's house on stilts and the One Pillar Pagoda, continue to the Temple of Literature, Vietnam's first university. You will also visit the famous prison that American POWs sarcastically dubbed the “Hanoi Hilton” during the Vietnam War.


• Take a relaxing walk along Thanh Nien street next to the famous West Lake. Visit Dong Xuan market and enjoy traditional food Cha Ca La Vong a Ha Noi specialty. Riding on a rickshaw  around 36 streets in the Old Quarter. You will have many chance to see local product handmade as well as doing shopping.


• Enjoy water puppet show in the late afternoon.

Day 3: Ha Noi – Ha Long Bay (B/L/D)

• Breakfast at the hotel. At 08.00am, Pick-up at hotel and start the 3 hour-and-a-half drive to Halong Bay


• 12.00 – 12.30 Embark on Calypso Cruiser followed by cruise briefing


• 13.00 – 15.30 Savor a sumptuous lunch as Calypso Cruiser cruise further along the limestone islands of Fighting Cock, Dog Rock and Incense Burner...


• 15.30 – 17.30 Visit Amazing Cave


• 17.30 – 19.00 Enjoy drinks on Sundeck, snap photos the overview of Halong Bay, go swimming or just relax as the sun starts to set. Join in our brief Vietnamese cooking course on board while having some free wine.


• 19.00 Dinner is served. Socialize with other guests or just laze around.


• Overnight on board in a tranquil area. (Evening activities available: night squid fishing, karaoke, dancing...)

Day 4 : Ha Long Bay – Ha Noi - Hue (B/L/_)

• 06h00 – 07h00 Start your day with swimming, exercise or photo hunting


• 07h00 – 11h00 Have breakfast at sunrise.
 Get your hand on some kayaking, visiting Luon cave, swimming.
Option: For those who do not fancy kayaking can visit Titop Island to enjoy the panorama view of Halong Bay or just relax, swim at the beach.


• Head back to the Harbor. Disembark at around 11h00.


• Return to Ha Noi at 16.00.


• Transfer to Noi Bai airport for boarding the flight VN1545 to Hue (19.10 – 20.20).


• Pick up and transfer to your hotel in Hue.


• Overnight in Hue.

Day 5: Hue City Tour (B/L/_)

• Breakfast at the hotel. Pick you up at 8.00am from the hotel in Hue central, then transfer to the pier for a motor dragon boat ride along Perfume river, the first impression is a green and peaceful on both side of the river. First stop at Thien Mu pagoda, the magnificent architecture was found in 17th century.


• Transfer back to Hue city centre to visit the Imperial Citadel, Flag Tower, Noon Gate, Nine Dynasty Urns, Nine Holy Cannons, Thai Hoa Palace. Enjoy lunch at Vietnamese restaurant for special dishes in Hue Vietnam.


• PM: After lunch, visit King’s Tombs of Tu Duc, and handicraft villages such as conical hat making, bronze-casting, incense-making village and last visit at Ming Mang Tomb.


• Return to hotel at 5pm.

Day 6: Hue – Lang Co beach – My Son – Hoi An (B/L/_)

• Breakfast at the hotel. At 09.00am, Depart to Hoian. Relax at Lang Co Beach. Stop on Hai Van Mountain Pass of 30 km length, and then having a lunch in Danang


• PM:  Drive to visit My Son, a ancient religion center of the Cham people in the past, 40 km to the South West of Hoi An town, another World's Cultural Heritage, then process to Hoi An.

Day 7: Walking around the ancient town (B/L/_)

• Breakfast at hotel then we leave your hotel at 8.30, you will walk with your tour guide to visit around Hoi An: the old Tan Ky House, Covered Bridge, Phuc Kien Assembly Hall… you will also get a chance to enjoy the musical show at 10.00 a.m, and a visit to some of the handicrafts workshop. Shop for tailored made silk products or spend your time at the wonderful beach (4km away).

Then a boat ride to An Khanh – a less touristy attraction in Ben Tre, enjoy cruising on a hand-rowed sampan under the shade of water coconut trees along natural canals, then enjoy seasonal fruit & honey tea to the sound of "Southern Vietnamese folk music", performed by the locals.
